ULTIMATE STARTUP TOOLKIT

The Ultimate Startup Toolkit is our essential one stop shop ecosystem (membership, digital product and automated e-course) specifically designed for founders, entrepreneurs and startup advocates. Powered by OUT.LI.ER.


OUT.LI.ER conducted a series of workshops for the founders to align on business strategy, strategic business development planning, marketing, community, content and social media strategy for 404DAO’s leading Atlanta based conference, Web3 ATL. The workshops served as a reprioritization of focus, value and ultimate market position to achieve growth and sustainability.


For a (3) month engagement period, we worked in-house full time with Pinata to help the IPFS and web3 business transition into bridging the gaps between the web2/3 worlds, i.e. web2.5. We implemented infrastructure into the business and across varying departments in the form of toolkits (product, marketing, community, business development, account management and more), producing a strategic business development roadmap for GTM - conducted customer discovery (with major brands and key talent), producing marketing, social, content and PR strategies, and implemented KPIs for their business development team.


We transitioned LÜM from a web2 social media and music streaming platform into an NFT marketplace and publisher. Over a (4) month period, we were contracted to work with the C-suite team to produce a strategic business development strategy, marketing and brand strategies, form strategic music industry partnerships, produce a PR roadmap and secure media coverage. We secured LÜM their first major coverage in ‘CoinTelegraph’ as a part of this transition and featured in Forbes as part of the narrative surrounding the change. Due to unforeseen circumstances, LÜM dissolved unexpectedly.
